“In the last year, kitchens outside complete with ovens and stoves have become very desirable, as people value spending more time outdoors and at home more than ever before,” she says. “And depending on where you live, you can use them several months out of the year.”

As an added benefit, Hogan notes that outdoor kitchens increase a home’s resale value.
