For indecisive eaters out there, Turning Stone's new 7 Kitchens buffet will serve classic dishes and food from different parts of the world and all in one restaurant.

The new market-style buffet will celebrate its grand-opening Friday, April 29, the Oneida Nation-owned casino announced. The previous Seasons Harvest Buffet closed in March 2020 due to the pandemic and it has been renamed to 7 Kitchens and remodeled to accommodate more than 370 guests, making it the casino's largest restaurant, according to Turning Stone.

The dining experience will be different from other buffets with an extensive menu, which will include Italian fare with wood-fired pizzas, pasta with sauces, aged cheese, cured meats; tacos at the Mexican station; seafood; Asian dim-sum; an antipasto station; a comfort and carving station with meats and mac and cheese and finally, a dessert station.
