8 new agents join Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently welcomed eight newly licensed agents. They are Jessica Allen, Mary Beth Bradley, Stephen Dillon, Rachel McPhail, Alexandra Mueller, Michael St. Jean, Tanner Tenenoff, and Jeff Weiser.

Allen, a Wilmington native and North Carolina State graduate, joined the Carolina Beach office.

Allen’s love for real estate began with watching her mother buy and sell investment properties. She worked as an EMT, and cheerleading coach before pursuing her new career.

She credits being a good listener with a calming energy as well as her coaching skills with empowering her to provide excellent service to her real estate clients.

Bradley has a background in title work, and as former owner of a glass and mirror company, she has multifaceted insight into the world of real estate. Compounding her aptitude for her chosen career, Bradley exercises her art eye with photography and Adobe Illustrator in her spare time.

Bradley joins the Midtown Wilmington office.

She also enjoys cooking.

Dillon. having transitioned to real estate following a 40-year career in social services with a master's degree in social work, has joined the St. James office.

Dillon is on the board of directors for the Brunswick Partnership for Housing and is also involved with the St. James Fire Department. He has lived in St. James for nearly two decades and enjoys golfing in his spare time.

McPhail, a consistent top producer with 26 years of experience in real estate, has joined the Oak Island office.

She specialized in selling second homes/vacation homes in the mountains of North Georgia, as well as general brokerage in the metro Atlanta area. She is known for providing her clients with a highly attentive, personalized standard of service. “

I love the sense of fulfillment that comes from helping people find a home and I love the excitement of being a part of their journey,” explained McPhail.

As an avid runner, McPhail often competes for a variety of different charities. Supporting Mission Homeless Shelter, reading, biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding are some of McPhail other favorite pastimes when she isn’t busy working.

❝Rachel is a veteran agent with astute business sense and a thorough knowledge of how to deliver a positive transaction experience for her clients,❞ said Kimberly Sands, managing broker. ❝We are thrilled to have her here.❞

Mueller credits her outgoing, patient, hardworking and consistent nature with equipping her for a career in real estate, as well as her love of helping people and the example of her mother who is also an agent.

Mueller joins the Carolina Beach office.

Mueller previously worked as a direct support specialist, caring for individuals with disabilities, and she continues to volunteer in nursing homes and working to raise money for local shelters.

The former executive director of Virginia Tech Montgomery Airport, St Jean has joined the downtown Southport office.

He is active in the Rotary Club and volunteers at a local food bank.

St Jean enjoys kayaking, biking, swimming, and snow skiing. He also is an avid reader.

A resident of Southport for 20 years, Tenenoff has joined the downtown Southport office.

Tenenoff worked several years with container ships at the state port before transitioning into management in the food service industry.

Choosing to pivot into real estate, ❝I wanted to pick a career path that was challenging, rewarding, and not mundane.❞ Tenenoff said . ❝I am very much a social person and love conversation.❞

In his spare time, Tenenoff likes to go to the movies, the beach, the pool, and the gym.

Spending his entire working career in sales, Weiser always had a fascination with an interest in real estate.

Weiser has joined the Southport office.

Weiser volunteers at a local food bank and pet shelters, and enjoys fitness, sports, and cooking.

Weiser credits his communication skills, follow through, attention to detail, and patience with preparing him for this career.
