8 newly licensed agents join local real estate firm

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently welcomed several newly-licensed agents. The agents are Brooke Simmons, Millie Harris, Derek Criscitiello, Phillip Broughton, Megan Patrick, Nadia Dominguez, Morgan Bates, and Christina Howard.

Simmons
Simmons

Simmons joined the Wilmington office at Autumn Hall. While attending college in Charleston, where she received a degree in marketing, Simmons "fell in love with all things architecture and home." Simmons' educational background as well as experience in retail sales has prepared her for both the customer service and the promotional aspects of her new career. Simmons values building client relationships, and enjoys spending time at Wrightsville Beach with her French bulldog, Indi, as well as trying out new restaurants and exploring Wilmington.

Harris
Harris

A former bartender with an educational background in human services and substance abuse, Harris has also joined the Wilmington office at Autumn Hall. Harris is an excellent listener and strives to encourage and help people to fulfill their goals and dreams, and be a positive force in the lives of others. A self-proclaimed "huge sports fan," Harris enjoys sharing her passion with her 14-year-old son. Harris volunteers her time with Helping Hands and the Salvation Army.

Criscitiello
Criscitiello

Criscitiello has a background in fine dining and bar management. He also joined the Wilmington office at Autumn Hall. Criscitiello is an expert at providing outstanding customer service. Criscitiello is "real crafty and handy with construction" and enjoys organic gardening, playing the guitar, creating cocktails, and he is in the process of restoring a 1967 Camaro.

Broughton
Broughton

An East Carolina University alum, Broughton also has joined the Wilmington office at Autumn Hall, and he works with the Burgaw Police Department. His problem-solving skills make Broughton well suited to serving the needs of home buyers and sellers. He enjoys hanging out with his dogs, Milo and Otis.

Patrick
Patrick

Born and raised in Leland, Patrick a former truck driver, chose to transition into real estate. She has joined the Leland office. Patrick enjoys lending a helping hand to her neighbors and donating to Habitat for Humanity, as well as reading, going for walks, spending time at the beach, and being with her dog, Pixie.

Dominguez
Dominguez

A former professor of microbiology, infectious disease lab manager, and owner/director of a tutoring and test prep business, Dominguez joined the South Brunswick office. Dominguez said she chosen to pivot into the real estate industry because "I enjoy serving and educating people and wanted a career change in which I could use my previous professional experience along with my love for houses and this area." Dominguez enjoys many sports but is an avid pickleball player, ambassador, and coach. She is also a volunteer tutor.

Bates
Bates

Bates credits her determination and desire to help others achieve real estate goals with readying her for excellence in the industry. Bates joined the Southport office. She enjoys painting, pets, paddle boarding and traveling, as well as attending local festivals and engaging with the community in Southport and Oak Island.

Howard
Howard

With a history in sales and customer service, Howard's real estate career began with building a successful vacation rental business in Ecuador. She has transitioned into residential real estate, and has joined the Topsail office. Howard enjoys cooking, music, nature, yoga, art, gardening, animals and travel.
