Joe Gatto's Night Of Comedy

As a founding member of the "Tenderloins Comedy Troupe" and "Impractical Jokers," and known for his live stand-up and sketch comedy, Joe Gatto is stopping in Evansville for a night of laughs.

Murder Mystery Weekend: Hunt a Killer

Friday through Sunday, New Harmony Inn, 504 North St., New Harmony, Indiana. Tickets are $395 per person.

Do you consider yourself a true crime person? Keith and Margo's Murder Mystery weekend allows guests to fully immerse themselves in a three-day, interactive murder mystery adventure with two-night accommodations, a Friday welcome reception with a cash bar and dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, cash bar reception, and dinner, and a wrap-up Sunday brunch.

Meet Your Legislators

9 a.m. to 11 a.m., EVPL Central Branch, 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Free.

This event includes state legislators whose districts include Vanderburgh County. The elected officials are invited to attend and answer questions from the public.

Weed Wrangle

9 a.m. to Nnoon, North Woods at Igleheart Park, 6101 N. First Ave. Free.

Learn about invasive plant species and best management practices with the Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area (CISMA) volunteers. No experience is needed, but participants should bring loopers and gloves. Snacks and refreshments will be provided to volunteers.

Pet treat tasting event

10 a.m. to 3 p.m., 5210 Morgan Ave. Free.

This event will give pets the chance to sample a variety of pet treats available at Tractor Supply Company and enjoy an Easter pet photoshoot.

Girls' Day Out

10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Old National Events Plaza. Free.

Girl's Day Out is a shopping event with a mixture of vendors from local craft vendors to boutiques, direct sales, and more. Door prizes will be given away all day.

Evansville Horror Con

March 11 to 12, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Evansville National Guard Armory, 3300 E. Division St. Tickets range from $20 to $100.

RaptorCon presents the Evansville Horror Con, the scariest event of the year, where you can enjoy all things creepy with this one-of-a-kind horror convention featuring celebrity guests, unique vendors, panels, a movie screening room, a costume contest and more. The Price of Progress

Ridgeway University Center, 1800 Lincoln Ave. Tickets range from $45 to $70.

The University of Evansville and the Evansville African American Museum present a riveting musical by Vernon Williams, that follows the story of an Indianapolis district once dubbed "The Harlem of the Midwest", experiencing suburban migration, gentrification, and urban decay. A mixture of energetic and colorful choreography, live jazz music, drama, and comedy transporting theatergoers from the 1920s to the present. Tickets include dinner and a show. Tickets can be purchased on the Evansville African-American Museum Website, eaam.clubexpress.com.
