Police in Hillsborough, North Carolina, were appealing to the public for information after an 82-year-old Home Depot employee was pushed to the ground by a larceny suspect with a shopping cart full of power tools.

Footage released by the Hillsborough Police Department shows the suspect in a black Calvin Klein hoodie wheeling a shopping cart full of Ryobi power tools.

The 82-year-old man can be seen emerging from a cubicle and placing himself in the suspect’s path before he is pushed to the ground.

Local media reported, citing police, that the man was a store employee.

Police said the suspect escaped in a four-door Hyundai Sonata with temporary tags.
