88-year-old Bosnian keeps fit by skydiving

88-year-old Ibrahim Kalesic keeps fit by regularly jumping out of airplanes

"I was born on March 6, 1935, I am 88 years old and I have been actively jumping since 1951. / This was now the 1,487th jump of my career.”

As a young man, Kalesic underwent training at a flying center in Serbia

before becoming a jumping instructor

In 1963, he set a Yugoslav record by leaping out of plane at an altitude of over 18,000 feet

"My biggest wish is to buy a parachute, to have my own parachute for skydiving and not to borrow from anyone."

"I have an extremely great love for parachuting. I cannot describe what kind of love this is."
