  • Philippians 2:2 says that God delights in unity among his people who have “the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.”

  • John 17:21 reads, “That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me,” meaning if we are one in Christ, we will have unity with one another.

  • 1 Corinthians 1:10 talks about having “no divisions.” Paul command church members to be “perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.”
