Halloween Horror Nights runs select nights from Friday through Halloween, from 6:30 p.m. to 2 a.m., inside Universal Studios.
Single-night tickets are still available for almost every night as of now, except for the opening night Friday and Sunday. Single-night tickets, Multi-night passes, fast passes and more can be purchased here.
Those brave enough can wind their way through 10 haunted houses this year. Of these, four are based on existing properties: The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare, “Halloween,” The Horrors of Blumhouse featuring “Freaky” and “The Black Phone,” and Universal Monsters: Legends Collide. The rest of the housed are originals: Sprits of the Coven, Bugs: Eaten Alive, Fiesta de Chupacabras, Hellblock Horror, Dead Man’s Pier: Winter’s Wake, and Descendants of Destruction.

Halloween Horror Nights Unleashes “The Horrors of Blumhouse,” An All-New Haunted House Inspired by Blumhouse's Freaky and Upcoming Supernatural Thriller The Black Phone, Beginning September 2 at Universal Orlando Resort and September 8 at Universal Studios Hollywood
To get to the haunted houses, you may have to pass through some of this year’s five scare zones set up throughout the park: Horrors of Halloween, Scarecrow: Cursed Soil, Sweet Revenge, Graveyard: Deadly Unrest and Conjure the Dark.
Make sure to take in the outrageous shows between the scares. This year’s shows are “Halloween Nightmare Fuel Wildfire,” a follow-up to last year’s hit show, and “Ghoulish! A Halloween Tale” on Universal Studios’ lagoon.

Pizza Skull: Pepperoni and cheese stuffed skulls served with a marinara dipping sauce.
Major Sweets Ice Cream Sandwich (inspired by “Sweet Revenge” scare zone): Candy-corn sugar cookies filled with sweet corn ice cream (vegetarian).
Tamales Día de los Muertos (gluten-free): Pork tamales topped with red mole sauce and cotija cheese.
Mac 'N Cheese Bowls
Roasted Sweet Potato & Mushroom Street Tacos (vegan and gluten-free): roasted sweet potato and mushroom tacos topped with onions, vegan crumbled cheese and cilantro; also served with birria consommé.
Petrified Rat Tails: Funnel fries with creamy crab dip, sliced scallions and seasoned with herbs and spices.
At Universal CityWalk, guests can indulge in the new Black Magic Milkshake (gluten-free) at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen, featuring pumpkin dulce de leche ice cream with a hazelnut-and-tombstone-sprinkled rim – topped with a cauldron filled with gummy “severed body parts” over whipped flames.
• Maggot Covered Cheese Dog (inspired by “Bugs: Eaten Alive” original haunted house): A Korean-style hot dog with fresh mozzarella, rolled in puffed rice, topped with gochujang drizzle and black sesame seeds
Fiery Twisted Tater with Queso (vegetarian): complete with white cheese sauce and sprinkled with flaming hot crunchy cheese puffs, and ghost pepper seasoning
Churro Dog
Día de los Muertos themed items: Includes offerings inspired by Latin flavors.
Burning Skull: Includes tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, mango nectar, pineapple juice, smoked chili bitters, jalapeno and basil concentrate, shaken and served in a light-up molded skull cup.
