10 TV Shows and Movies to Watch This Week for an Instant Pick-Me-Up

I don't know about you, but I just feel off this week. It's freezing outside. I can't believe it's still January. Jennifer Lopez didn't get an Oscar nomination. I need something to boost my mood—like some new TV shows and movies. Thankfully, this upcoming week has a great slate of pick-me-up entertainment, from the return of Shrill and The Bold Type to new comedy specials on Netflix.

Sunday, January 19

26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards Awards season continues with this acting-only awards show. Robert De Niro is slated to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award. 8 p.m ET on TNT/TBS

Monday, January 20
