On the territories of the region liberated from Russian invaders, 90% of private houses, schools, kindergartens were destroyed, there is no electricity and gas, Synyehubov noted.

“We are liberating our territories and working on restoring the operation of the public authorities,” the head of the Regional Military Administration said.
“However, we still have a lot of work on mine clearing,”

“We’re now working on restoring electricity and gas supplies, but it’s still too dangerous there… It’s dangerous not only to live there, it’s dangerous just to be there because there is constant fighting, constant shelling, and we’re taking all measures to evacuate the local population,” he said.
Ukrainian forces are advancing in some areas and have had significant successes, he added.
