The 31-year-old appeared pale and gaunt, feeding into rumors that the star is mentally unwell and spiraling out of control.

The musician was rocking an 'NSYNC shirt, which was a shot at the feud he's currently having with Backstreet Boys fans over his brother, Nick Carter.

Carter posted a video of himself wearing the shirt and singing a verse of "Bye Bye Bye," and captioned the video, "Bye bye bye to all you rude foul muthaf--kin BSB fans! I ain’t the one."

On Monday, Carter announced that he would be scrapping the remainder of his shows for the year as he dealt with a personal issue:

"I appreciate the love and efforts from my supporters but after my next two shows coming up in Kentucky & Missouri & after I fly to Vancouver to do the toy drive which I’m donating 400 toys and over 1k of fan donations I’m canceling the rest of my shows for the remaining year."

Many fans began to question the singer's well-being, before he lashed out and explained, "Literally none of you know what you're talking about and this is l LITERALLY a FAMILY issue,"

Fans have also been worried about Carter's obsession with firearms, as the singer revealed multiple gun and bullet purchases at a local pawn shop in Lancaster.

He showed off the purchases on IG before telling fans that he had taken all the proper safety classes and follows procedure. Carter also claims he's had several wellness checks by the local authorities, and that he has been in total compliance with the firearms.

Much of the drama surrounding Carter's current situation has to do with a recent appearance on "The Doctors" where he revealed that he's been diagnosed with multiple personality disorder, schizophrenia, acute anxiety and manic depression.

He also shared that he's taking a number of medications including Xanax, Seroquel, Gabapentin, Hydroxyzine, Trazodone and Omeprazole ... and even held up a giant bag of pills that he claims to have been prescribed.
