Everett played college baseball at Tennessee from 2006-08. Everett spent one season in the minor leagues signing with the San Diego Padres organization.

“I’m incredibly blessed to be joining the Auburn baseball family. I set a goal to be a part of a SEC coaching staff when my playing days were over, and I’m blessed that it has come to fruition. I would be hard pressed to find a finer group of men to work with and learn from. I’m so fired up to get this season going and watch it unfold," said Everett.
