Aaron Rodgers took a hard pass on crickets as a snack, but he did try the beer cheese soup ... with goat brains.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback sat down with Milwaukee Bucks center Serge Ibaka for the latest episode of Ibaka's YouTube cooking series “How Hungry Are You?” Let's just say neither the conversation nor the cuisine disappointed.

Ibaka, who is also a chef, whipped up a pot of hearty beer cheese soup, a classic Wisconsin comfort food, and then put a special Rodgers spin on it by adding goat brains. Goat because he considers Rodgers the GOAT (Greatest of All Time), and brains because “the quarterback is the brain of the team,” Ibaka said.

Thoughtful planning in the kitchen aside, it wasn’t an easy sell to get Rodgers to pick up his soup spoon.

“Uh, God, this is awful. Better than cricket, though,” he said. “I need beer to wash it down, I think.”

Before they worked their way up to that dish, Ibaka, who goes by Mafuzzy Chef, peppered Rodgers with all kinds of questions while they enjoyed chicken with peanut butter sauce and fufu, Ibaka’s favorite meal as a kid growing up in the Republic of the Congo.

He asked Rodgers about his “I own you!” declaration to Chicago Bears fans at Soldier Field last season, requested a tutorial in how to chug a beer (kind of) while in the crowd at a Bucks game and wondered if he saw the tweet rapper Lil Wayne put out after the Packers lost to the Detroit Lions earlier this season. The one that read: “RIP to the season we should’ve gotten rid of 12 before the season.”

“Lil Wayne said that?” Rodgers asked with a smile. “Our Lil Wayne? Packers’ Lil Wayne?”

Twitter trolls, the Packers’ trade of star wide receiver Davante Adams, Rodgers’ list of top quarterbacks of all time (Tom Brady, Joe Montana, Steve Young and Brett Favre) and his fashion statements also came up.

“I have a question about your outfits at training camp. It’s a joke, or it’s like you really feel like that’s you, that’s your style?” an earnest Ibaka asked.

As Ibaka showed photos of some of Rodgers' most notable outfits, from Nicolas Cage in “Con Air” this year to the “iconic shot” of him in a Canadian tuxedo when the Packers played a preseason game in Canada in 2019, Rodgers offered good-natured explanations of each.

When it was time for the Spicy Questions segment, in which guests who don’t answer a question must drink some cricket tea or help themselves to crunchy crickets, Ibaka may have underestimated Rodgers’ ability to answer a question without really answering it. He made it clear "I ain't eating or drinking that (expletive)."

If you didn’t come back to the Packers what NFL team did you have in mind? "Oakland Raiders."

Who is the greatest Packers quarterback of all time, you or Brett Favre? "Bart Starr."

Who is the worst starting quarterback in the NFL this season? Josh Allen of the 11-3 Buffalo Bills. “I watch him and I just am disgusted,” Rodgers joked.
