AARP "Smart Driver" senior refresher class set for Thursday, May 4
The 2023 spring AARP “Smart Driver” senior refresher class is scheduled for Thursday, May 4 at the Watertown Police Department.
The class will run from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the WPD's Conference Room on 128 N. Maple.
The four-hour class is an excellent review for senior drivers who may be driving with limited flexibility, decreased vision, hearing, and reaction time as well as possible side effects to medications. The class is designed to enable drivers to continue safe driving practices.
Completion of the class may in some cases reduce insurance premiums.
