Miller sold the studio for $300,000 to Krise Transportation in December. Krise Transportation also owns the property next door.

“There is so much stuff in there,” Miller said. “What am I really going to do with all of that stuff? I’d love to keep every single thing in my home next to me under my pillow, but I can’t do that obviously.”

Miller shared the studio will be turned into a daycare center.
