Aberdeen man injured after crashing into house Wednesday

One person was taken to the hospital after striking a vacant house under construction Wednesday.

Trevor Siebrecht, 27, of Aberdeen, was driving a 2006 Dodge Caravan about 3:38 p.m. when he passed out, drove through a field and struck the unoccupied house, according to South Dakota Department of Public Safety spokesperson Tony Mangan. Siebrecht left the road near the intersection of 11th Avenue Southeast and South Montrose Street, Mangan said, but his direction of travel remains under investigation.
