Tatum Barber added 13 points, and Kamryn Mraz had 12 for ACU (4-1), which bounced back from a 93-53 loss at Kansas State on Tuesday to snap Little Rock’s four-game winning streak.

The Trojans, who have been to the NCAA Tournament six times and won the Sun Belt Conference title 10 times, had beaten Vanderbilt (56-40), Memphis (55-50) and Auburn (57-49) before Saturday’s loss.

Raziya Potter led the Little Rock (4-2) with 16 points, and Krystan Vomes followed with 15 and a game-high 16 rebounds. Amari Conn also had 11 points.

Little Rock hit one more shot from the field (21 of 50) than ACU (20 of 52), but the Wildcats hit 11 of 21 3-point goals, including 5 of 7 from Bonnarens. The Trojans hit 5 of 11 treys. Both teams hit 14 free throws.

Little Rock had an 11-point lead twice in the final 4:47 of the third quarter, and each time Bonnarens answered with a 3-point goal – the last to make it a seven-point game (56-49) going into the final quarter.

ACU scored the first 11 points of the fourth quarter to lead 60-56 on Barber’s jumper with 3:24 left in the game.

The Wildcats led 64-58 before Potter’s layup made it a four-point game (64-60) with 51 seconds remaining, and she hit 1 of 2 free throws to pull within three (64-61) with 12 seconds to go. But Barber hit two free throws to seal the victory with seven seconds left.

ACU wraps up the tournament against Arkansas State at 11 a.m. Sunday.
