Christian currently is assistant principal at Wylie East Junior High.

She succeeds Kim McMillan, who is taking another administrative role in the Wylie ISD.

Christian began her education career as a sixth-grade teacher from 1993-96 with the Abilene ISD. She joined the Wylie ISD in 2008 as an eighth-grade teacher at Wylie Junior High after spending 12 years at home with her children.

In 2019, Wylie opened the East Junior High campus where Christian has been an assistant principal for the past three years. She oversees special education, fifth and sixth grades, campus communications and teacher evaluations.

She has a bachelor's degree in communications from Baylor and gained her teacher certification from Abilene Christian University. She has a Masters in Education from Sul Ross State University.
