It’s now possible — what’s usually the tail end of a train has landed on the real estate market in Dahlonega, Georgia, for $41,900.

Photos show that the caboose, while a little rusty, has been put to good use in a former life.
“At one point, it was used for camping and vacationing,” listing agent Jenna Ritter told Realtor. “It hasn’t been used for that in quite some time; but it’s got a little loft inside of it for sleeping quarters, a little living room, and it used to have a full kitchen in it.”
But be warned the interior needs a little love and buying the potential vacation structure will be an investment.
