Actor and comedian Andy Dick has pleaded not guilty to a felony burglary charge after being arrested earlier this month at a residence in Santa Barbara.

Dick, 56, was taken into custody on Oct. 13 at a residence on the 100 block of Conejo Road, according to Sgt. Ethan Ragsdale of the Santa Barbara Police Department.

Officers responded to the home at about 5:45 p.m. after receiving a report of burglary in progress.

Dick was booked into Santa Barbara County Jail on suspicion of first-degree burglary, and was later released after posting $50,000 bail.

In the hours leading up to his arrest, Dick posted two videos to his Instagram account of him wandering through a house, Ragsdale said.

Dick entered his not-guilty plea on Oct. 17 before Santa Barbara Superior Court Judge Raimundo Montes de Oca.

In May, Dick was arrested on suspicion of sexual battery in Orange County, according to the Orange County Register.
