Additional $6.5 million for COSWAP to help fight wildfires

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Governor Jared Polis and Colorado Department of Natural Resources Executive Director Dan Gibbs announced an additional investment of $6.5 million in grants from COSWAP (Colorado’s Strategic Wildfire Action Program) for forest mitigation work and landscape-scale watershed projects throughout Colorado.
