ADM High School announces 2023 homecoming court
ADM's homecoming week kicked off on Sunday, Sept. 10 and runs through Saturday, Sept. 16. The 2023 homecoming theme is “The Homecoming Games.”
Dress-up days include:
Monday, Sept. 11: Morning of the Reaping (PJs)
Tuesday, Sept. 12: Mocking Jay Day (Twin Day)
Wednesday, Sept. 13: Dress for the Capital (Picture Day)
Thursday, Sept. 14: District Day (Wear black to support the seniors and blue for the juniors)
Friday, Sept. 15: Panem Day (School Spirit)
Festivities will continue with TigerFest on Thursday, Sept. 14 at the ADM High School/Middle School Campus. Attendees are asked to enter the ADM High School parking lot through the west entrance.
TigerFest will feature a variety of bounce houses for kids and other free games from 5:30-7 p.m. The ADM Athletic Booster Club is sponsoring a senior athlete autograph tent. Come grab a poster and autograph from your favorite athlete.
Food and dessert from Snappies and the ADM Fine Arts Booster Club will be available for purchase in the concessions area of ADM Stadium.
A district pep rally will be held at 7 p.m. at ADM Stadium, which will highlight band, cheer, dance, cross country, volleyball and football teams from grades 7-12. The pep rally will begin with middle school activities and end with the high school football team.
The coronation ceremony will take place at the end of the pep rally. The homecoming court includes Tatum Schmitz, Celie Gardiner, Kaylee Smith, Marissa Gerleman, Makayla Crannel, Mason Vanorny, Drew Hickey, Tom Hook, Ben Greth and Andrew Flora.
Powderpuff football will wrap up the night at 8 p.m. at ADM Stadium.
The ADM freshman football game will start at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 15 at ADM Stadium. The ADM Tigers will take on Norwalk at 7 p.m. in varsity football action.
The homecoming dance will wrap up the week’s festivities from 8-10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16 in the middle school commons.
