SHANTANU NARAYEN: I don't think you're going to be putting the genie back in the bottle, and all of us have seen the benefits associated with engaging digitally. And any company that doesn't have a great presence, a great mobile app, the ability to do commerce, and the ability to deliver a personalized experience, I think, is going to be disadvantaged. So I believe this is going to be fueled for years to come.
