More snow expected Thursday, biggest impacts after lunch

Watch for a few slick spots early Thursday with a better chance of hitting snowy roads by the evening commute.

Wet roads may refreeze in spots early Thursday, but the bigger impacts come after lunch and into the evening as bands of snow showers move back into the area.

Right now, Severe Weather Team 11 is tracking these narrow bands of moderate snow which could bring a quick accumulation of snow and reduced visibility, especially from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Stay weather aware and have a way to check the live Severe Weather Team 11 forecast before you head out, and have a plan in case you get caught in these snow squalls.

Another snow maker could disrupt your plans late Friday.
