The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office released aerial footage on May 18 showing the damage caused by flooding that led Louisiana Gov John Bel Edwards to issue a state of emergency.

“Deputies discovered a deceased man in a stranded vehicle on Bluebonnet Drive under the interstate overpass,” the sheriff’s office said.
