Aerie and American Eagle just launched colorful cloth face masks
Face masks are officially part of 2020 summer fashion, so you might as well find some that best match your style. Luckily, there are plenty of options out there to choose from. Ever since the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) established guidelines for wearing cloth face masks in public to stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), many fashion brands have been shifting production to put out versions of this important protective gear. Brands like Reformation, Steve Madden, Alice and Olivia, Anthropologie, Revolve, and now, American Eagle and Aerie have put out face masks in their own signature styles.
For Aerie, the newly launched face masks come in three patterns: cheetah print, blue floral, and gray camo. The American Eagle masks are offered in six solid colors: orange, navy, pink, light blue, white, and dark gray. In addition to being water-resistant and washable, all the masks are also made with an antimicrobial finish, which kills and stops the growth of microorganisms.
At $19.95 each, these aren’t the most affordable masks on the market—but the money is going to a great place.
