AEW's CM Punk and Bryan Danielson to feature on new series of Carpool Karaoke

AEW stars including CM Punk and Bryan Danielson will be taking a musical car ride in season five of Apple TV+ series Carpool Karaoke.
The trailer for the show's fifth season, which premieres Friday, May 27, shows CM Punk, Bryan Danielson and Christian getting a set of car keys.
Then, inside a car, MJF, Ruby Soho and Powerhouse Hobbs are shown singing along to Frank Sinatra. Another scene features Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. on a pedal wagon with Punk, Danielson and Christian.
Alongside AEW stars, season five of Carpool Karaoke will also feature Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings stars Simu Liu and Jessica Henwick.
There's also the cast of The White Lotus, singer Anitta and rapper Saweetie, the D'Amelio Family, as well as couple Jonathan Scott and Zooey Deschanel (who actually first met while filming a Carpool Karaoke!).
Meanwhile, Carpool Karaoke isn't the only upcoming show to feature stars from AEW.
Season two of Netflix game show Floor Is Lava is set to feature Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor and Kris Statlander.
After the season two trailer was released last week Cassidy tweeted: "Me, Chuck and Stat are on this season of Floor is Lava. Here's a trailer they told me to share even though we're not shown. So…trust me?"
While Statlander added: "It's true. Risked it all. Watch the trailer we're not in then watch the show when it comes out."
Carpool Karaoke season five premieres on Apple TV + on Friday, May 27. Catch AEW Dynamite live every Thursday at 1am in the UK and Rampage every Saturday at 3am on FITE with an AEW Plus subscription. US customers can also watch both shows on TNT, and in the UK, Dynamite repeats air on ITV4.
