From drinks to desserts, you should be prepared to cough up some cash when indulging in a meal outside of your home.
Whether you’re making plans for Valentine’s Day or just looking for a budget-friendly outing, here are seven California food chains offering customers special deals.
Outback Steakhouse
Price range: Starts at $60
From Feb. 13 to Feb. 17, Outback Steakhouse is offering a four-course meal starting at $60.
The meal includes an appetizer to share, two individual salads, two entrees and a dessert to share.
Options are limited and prices vary by location. Check with your local Outback to see the offers.
Applebee’s Grill & Bar
Price range: $4 to $14.99, not including taxes.
For a limited time, Applebee’s Grill & Bar is offering all you can eat for $14.99 and drinks for only $4 — with some exclusions.
The American chain is offering Valentine’s Day-inspired drinks at a discounted rate, between $4 to $6, with options including a “tipsy cupid” drink with vodka, a Mai Tai mocktail or a Blue Moon Belgian White. The alcoholic options are only available to guests 21 and older.
If you’re looking to turn “just drinks” into a dinner date, the chain is also offering guests all-you-can-eat — boneless wings, riblets, shrimp and fries — for $14.99 per person.
Chevy’s Fresh Mix
Price range: $55, not including taxes.
Starting on Feb. 12, Chevy’s Fresh Mix is bringing back its “Valentine’s 3-course Sweetheart Menu for Two.”
For a limited time, customers can enjoy one appetizer per guest, one entree per guest and one dessert to share. Options are limited but include the restaurant’s house salad, fajitas and deep-fried ice cream.
The deal ends Feb. 18.
California Pizza Kitchen
Price range: $50 to $60, not including taxes.
From Feb. 9 to Feb. 14, California Pizza Kitchen is offering customers a “Valentine’s Sweet Deal For Two.”
Customers can choose from the classic package starting at $50 or the adventure package starting at $60 for dine-in, takeout or order delivery. Both packages include one appetizer, two entrees and one dessert.
Customers who choose to dine-in and order one of the two packages will also receive a bonus card, which can be used for a free pizza, pasta or salad of equal or lesser value during their next visit, according to the chain’s website.
Chick-Fil-A
Price range: $10.59 to $20.85, not including taxes.
For Valentine’s Day, Chick-Fil-A is offering its regular menu items — with a special twist.
Until Feb. 24, customers can choose select menu items to be packaged in heart-shaped trays at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants online or in-store.
Customers can choose between nuggets, Chick-n-Minis, chocolate fudge brownie halves, or chocolate chunk cookies to fill their tray.
Papa John’s
Price range: $11.99, not including taxes.
Up until Valentine’s Day, Papa John’s is offering customers a thin-crust, unsliced heart-shaped pizza with one topping of their choice.
While the pizza special only comes with one topping starting at $11.99, customers can add more than one topping for an additional charge per topping.
Krispy Kreme
Price range: $2.59 to $22.99, not including taxes.
If you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, Krispy Kreme is selling a variety of limited-edition boxes of Valentine’s Day-inspired doughnuts both online and in-store up until Valentine’s Day.
With a purchase of the “Dough-Notes” dozen boxes, customers can get two “You Color My World” doughnuts, two “I Love You A Choco-Lot,” two “You’re Berry Sweet,” two “Without You I’d Crumble” and four original glazed.
