Brown County Commission

Meets at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday in the commission chambers of the Brown County Courthouse Annex, 25 Market St. Agenda items of note:

  • Hold Elm Lake road bid opening.

  • Name auditor replacement.

  • Chief Deputy Dave Lunzman to discuss interlocal agreement between the city of Aberdeen and Brown County.

Aberdeen Board of Zoning Adjustment

Meets at 8 a.m. Thursday in the in the city council chambers at the Municipal Building at 123 S. Lincoln St. Agenda items:

  • Special exceptions at 1024 Eighth Ave. S.W. (day care); 1400 N. Dakota St. (accessory structure); 111 First Ave. N.E. (open storage).

  • Variances at 1014 S. Lawson St., 808 N. Lloyd St.

  • Special exception for assisted living and memory care facility and 10 duplex buildings at 2024 15th Ave. N.E. and 1409 N. Roosevelt St.

  • Variances to place six mobile homes and an RV in mobile home park at 612 S. 12th St.
