The Jacksonville Jaguars selected Georgia defensive end Travon Walker with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Reaction to the selection was mixed from the passionate #DUUUVAL fans.

On one hand, Walker clearly has the skills to make it big in the NFL. He was a key part of a fearsome national championship defense at UGA. His performance at the NFL Combine caught the eyes of experts and scouts alike.

However, his stats in college weren't stellar. He had 9½ sacks — 6 in his first year as a starter in 2021 — and 13 tackles for loss in his three seasons. He had just 37 tackles in the 2021-22 season.
