‘Ain’t my first time’: Moore officer rescues opossum

MOORE, Okla. (KFOR) – The Moore Police Department has saved an opossum!

According to Moore Police, if one opossum rescue isn’t enough, then go for another!

Authorities released body cam footage of Officer Garbani rescuing a little critter from a Moore home, but this wasn’t Garbani’s first rodeo with wrangling an opossum.

“Ain’t my first time catching opossums around here.”

Rain continues into early Saturday, some snow

Last September, he and Officer Keller caught an opossum who got inside a home through a doggie door.

This time around, Garbani took on a solo rescue mission. He safely removed the opossum and released it in a nearby field.

It seems he might have a knack for this!
