Previously, the Air Forces warned of a missile threat to several oblasts of Ukraine. Later, the military wrote that the Russians had launched an aircraft missile, presumably an X-59, in the direction of Kryvyi Rih.

Earlier, on Feb. 3, Russian drones struck an energy infrastructure facility in Kryvyi Rih, prompting emergency blackouts in the city. During one day, power was restored.

Ukrenergo later reported that the attack on the city's energy infrastructure was one of the most massive attacks on the energy sector in a year.
