Air quality good to moderate for some; unhealthy for others in parts of King and Snohomish counties
As the Bolt Creek Fire continues to burn in Snohomish County, it is causing air quality issues for parts of western Washington.
KIRO 7′s chief meteorologist Morgan Palmer said just before 4 p.m. that air quality was good to moderate for most right now. However, the air quality was unhealthy for sensitive people in northeast King and southern Snohomish counties.
Palmer said there would be a slight improvement Tuesday as the smoke and haze will be reduced.
