An air raid siren sounds in all Ukrainian oblasts on 31 January.

Details: The air-raid siren began to spread across Ukraine at around 11:14. The whole of Ukraine is now under threat.

The air-raid siren signals the danger of missile strikes, and citizens are advised to go to shelter or follow the two-wall rule. [safety rule whereby a person keeps two walls without windows between them and the street during attacks – ed.]

Air Force spokesman Yurii Ihnat said on air of the 24 TV channel that the rapid spread of the air-raid siren across Ukraine indicates the threat of attacks with Kinzhal hypersonic missiles.

Updated: About half an hour later, the air-raid siren was cancelled.
