Air Raid Sirens in Kyiv Ahead of EU Summit

Air raid sirens could be heard in Kyiv on Friday, February 3, as an EU-Ukraine summit was about to begin in the city.

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said officials would discuss the country’s progress in meeting requirements for joining the European Union, media reported. The summit is an annual event.
