Air Supply, of 'Lost in Love' fame, coming to Loeb Stadium

LAFAYETTE, Ind. − Air Supply, an Australian soft rock duo, is coming to Loeb Stadium at 7:30 p.m. on July 28.

Air Supply was formed in 1975 and in 1980, "Lost in Love" became the fastest selling single in the world and was named song of the year. The pair's albums "Lost in Love," "The One That You Love," "Now & Forever" and "The Greatest Hits" have sold over 20 million copies.

"With a career spanning over four decades, Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock met in 1975," the press release for the upcoming concert stated. "They became instant friends with their shared love for The Beatles and, of course, singing. The trademark sound of Russell Hitchcock’s soaring tenor voice and Graham Russell’s simple yet majestic songs created a unique sound that would forever be known as Air Supply."

Tickets will go on sale Friday and will cost $30, $50, $70 with some limited VIP merchandise and experience packages available as well.

Tickets will be available at longpac.org or by calling the box office at 765-742-5664. Online presale will begin Thursday with the promo code INLOVE on the same website.
