“We’re swapping out the Red Kettle for firefighter’s boots to collect donations during the ‘Bells and Boots’ drive on Saturday,” said Capt. Anita Albert-Watson, area coordinator for the Salvation Army in Summit County, in a prepared statement.  “Our goal is to collect $5,000 because that amount will be matched on December 16 only.”

Summit Mall is at 3265 W. Market St. in Fairlawn. The Red Kettle Campaign runs through Dec. 23 at Acme Fresh Market, Hobby Lobby, Giant Eagle, Walmart and Sam’s Club.
