Alabama basketball was announced as the No. 1 overall seed and will be getting many March Madness predictions as national champion.
Add CBS Sports' Seth Davis to that list.
Davis picked Alabama to win it all over Kansas after passing Marquette in the NCAA Tournament's Final Four.
"Alabama making their case," Davis said. "I'm sticking with chalk, I know I did a lot of upsets but I will take the Alabama Crimson Tide over Kansas in the national championship."
The other two CBS analysts Jay Wright and Clark Kellogg picked Alabama to make the Final Four as well, with Kellogg picking it to advance before falling to Gonzaga.
Alabama will start play against the winner of Texas A&M Corpus Christi and Southeast Missouri State, which will meet in the First Four. They will play in Birmingham at Legacy Arena in the first two rounds. If Alabama were to advance, it would play the winner of Maryland and West Virginia on Saturday.
Alabama won the SEC Tournament on Sunday, sweeping the SEC titles for the second time in three years. Alabama is led by freshman Brandon Miller, the SEC Player of the Year, with 18.9 points and 8.2 rebounds a game.
