Alabama basketball score vs. LSU: Live updates from Coleman Coliseum

No. 4 Alabama basketball is looking to score a victory over LSU on Saturday at Coleman Coliseum in the first of two matchups between the two squads this season.

The Crimson Tide hasn't lost to LSU at home since the 2018-19 season when Avery Johnson was Alabama's coach. Crimson Tide coach Nate Oats has never lost to the Tigers at home during his tenure in Tuscaloosa. He has lost to LSU only twice: once during his first season and in overtime last season.

Alabama has won five of the past six matchups against LSU.

This year, the Crimson Tide (14-2, 4-0 SEC) is fresh off another resume-bolstering win, having beaten No. 16 Arkansas on Wednesday. Meanwhile, LSU (12-4, 1-3) enters Saturday having lost three consecutive games and has only one conference win, which was at the end of December.
