Alabama high school sports: Fyffe's Ryder Gipson voted Gadsden area player of the week

Fyffe's Ryder Gipson has won The Gadsden Times player of the week poll for Week 9.

Gipson rushed nine times for 141 yards and three touchdowns in a 54-0 victory over Asbury. He earned 36.71% of the vote.

Westbrook Christian's Karmichael Cattling was second with 32% of the vote.
