Alabama’s loss on the road to Oklahoma was rather disheartening. The Crimson Tide team that has beaten two top-ranked opponents and fought all the way up to the No. 2 rankings lost 93-69 to the Sooners.

At the end of the day, this was only Alabama’s third loss of the 2022-2023 college basketball season and the team remains perfect in SEC play.

ESPN’s lead bracketology expert Joe Lunardi has the Crimson Tide staying put as a No. 1 seed, despite the ugly loss.

Unless Nate Oats and his team forget how to play basketball, it’s unlikely this team will come close to missing the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. For now, it’s all about seeding.
