Alabama softball releases full 2023 schedule, highlighted by three games vs. WCWS teams
Alabama softball's recently-released 2023 schedule is highlighted by three games versus teams that made last season's Women's College World Series. The Crimson Tide will face UCLA once and Texas twice.
Alabama will host three early-season tournaments at Rhoads Stadium: the Leadoff Classic with Lehigh and Georgia Southern on Feb. 10-11; the Bama Bash on Feb. 24-26 with Kennesaw State, Southeastern Louisiana and Indiana State; and the Crimson Class on March 3-5 with Robert Morris, Longwood and Mercer.
The Crimson Tide is also playing in the Clearwater Invitational on Feb. 16-19. The Crimson Tide will play Duke, UCLA, UCF, Indiana and Florida State. The SEC portion of the schedule was released in October and is highlighted by Auburn coming to Tuscaloosa for the first time since 2017.

The Crimson Tide is looking to rebound after missing the super regional round for the first time since the NCAA Tournament went to the format in 2005. The Crimson Tide will return 13 players including ace Montana Fouts.
