Alamance County's 2022 Halloween events

As Halloween approaches, many families are wondering about making plans. We've gathered a list of Halloween events happening all over Alamance County to make it easier for you.

Burlington

  • Alamance County YMCA will hold its 2022 Fall Festival on October 22 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Alamance County Community YMCA Gymnasiums, located at 1346 S Main St., Burlington. The free event is open to all families and will offer carnival games, face painting, pumpkin decorating, and a costume contest with prizes. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.   • The Burlington Athletic Stadium will hold its annual Halloween Dark in the Ballpark on October 20 at 1450 Graham St., Burlington, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. This free event will feature trick-or-treating, live performances and fireworks at 8 p.m. The Burlington Sock Puppets will also host a Haunted Stadium experience for an additional fee.

  • The Alamance County Sheriff's Office and Alamance Parks are hosting a free trunk or treat on October 21 at the Pleasant Grove Community Center, located at 3958 N. N.C. Highway 49, Burlington, from 4 to 8 p.m. Costumes are encouraged.

  • Country Line & Couples Dancing at Thataways invites residents to a Halloween Party on October 27 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. The party will feature spooky dances all night long and shared snacks and dishes. Participants are encouraged to bring covered dishes and snacks.

  • Los Jefes NC will host a Trick or Truck on October 29 at 06:00 pm to 09:00 pm at Burlington Taekwondo, located at 2387 Corporation Parkway, Burlington. The event will offer a costume contest, haunted trail and and raffle for a television.

Graham

  • Graham will hold its annual Downtown Graham Pumpkin Bash on October 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Court Square in Downtown Graham. Cost to attend is free and will offer inflatables, face painters, trunk or treat vendors, a climbing wall and food trucks. Costumes are encouraged but not required.

  • Saxapahaw will hold its annual Fall Festival on October 30 from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Thistledown Farm, located at 6879 S NC Hwy 87 Graham. Festivities, including inflatables, hayrides, and food, will go from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m., and Trunk or Treat will begin at 5:30 p.m. Visitors are asked to help support SAFE Food Ministry by bringing non-perishables. Volunteers are to set up trunks for trunk or treat also needed; to sign up visit https://bit.ly/SaxTrunkorTreatVol2022. Green Level

  • Green Level will hold its second Annual Trunk or Treat on October 28th from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM at Green Level Municipal Park, 1414 Swann Rd. in Green Level. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume and best trunk.
