Update, October, 8, 2020: Gather 'round, ghosts and goblins: Aldi's bottles of Sweet Bloody Red wine are back on shelves for Halloween this year. If you didn't snag one of the beautiful bottles last year, here’s your second chance!

A few Aldi-obsessed Instagram accounts including @aldi.mademedoit and @aldi.guru spotted the Halloween wine on shelves at the cult-favorite store. The sweet red wine comes in a spooky orange and black bottle with images of a witch, haunted house, bats, moon, and Jack-O-Lanterns on it. The name of the wine, Sweet Bloody Red, is fittingly displayed in red.

The Halloween-themed wine has a 9 percent ABV, according to a commenter, and tastes, as its name suggests, sweet. Each bottle will only cost you $8. One person wrote that it has a weird aftertaste, but the cute bottle alone is worth the cash. Hurry and grab a bottle or two while you still can!

Original post, October 21, 2019: If you, like me, pick out bottles of wine based solely on how pretty the bottle is, you're in luck. Aldi is selling an EXTREMELY fun, orange and black, witch- and pumpkin-adorned bottle of Halloween wine. I need it!

The bottle, shared by Aldi blogger AisleofShame earlier this month, is called Sweet Bloody Red and says "Happy Halloween" and "Eat, Drink, and Be Scary" on the front (I told you it was festive!). It comes from Jacob Einig, a winery in Germany. The wine was an Aldi Find the week of October 2, so you may still be able to find a few bottles in your store, but I'd check soon if you want some. Each bottle costs $5.99, so it's no surprise if they did sell out fast.

If your store does still have it in stock, Aldi recommends pairing it with good ol' fashioned Hershey's chocolate—they added 170-piece bags of Hershey's miniatures to stores October 2, too.

More recently (October 15, to be exact), Aldi added a $5 Flora and Stone Gewurztraminer wine to stores as an Aldi Find. In case you need another excuse to stock up on sour candy, the white wine is said to taste great with Haribo sour gummies.

As for Aldi Finds this coming week, Aldi's latest batch of limited-time items include a $50 Ambiano Air Fryer, a $20 Four-Slice Waffle Maker, and a $5 Raspberry Kringle. They know how to keep us coming back!
