Oklahoma City Thunder forward Aleksej Pokusevski left the Saturday night game against the Philadelphia 76ers in the first quarter with an arm injury. The team announced in the third quarter that he will not return to action due to what was classified as right arm soreness.

Pokusevski was subbed out of the game at the 3:32 mark of the first quarter. At that time, he was 0-for-2 from the field. He finishes the game without a point, but he has three rebounds and an assist.

In his place in the lineup to start the second half was forward Jaylen Hoard.

The severity of the injury was not immediately clear. Pokusevski also left the game against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday due to injury, but he had hurt his hip in the first quarter and played through until the fourth quarter, at which point the Thunder took him out.

He did not miss the Thursday game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, the second night of a back-to-back.

At halftime, Oklahoma City trailed the Sixers 66-53. Darius Bazley led the Thunder with 12 while Joel Embiid had a game-high 21 points for Philadelphia.
