Even though Alesha Dixon is quite busy these days with Britain's Got Talent and a baby on the way, there's talk that she could be headed back to Strictly Come Dancing.

Dixon famously won the BBC dancing competition back in 2007, then made the jump to the show's judging panel alongside Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood two years later as a replacement for Arlene Phillips.

When she left the show, Dixon was replaced on Strictly's judging panel by Darcey Bussell - who recently announced she's now leaving the show too! Ever since, there have been rumblings that Dixon could return to take back her former gig.

That very question was posed on Tuesday's edition of Britain's Got More Talent when presenter Stephen Mulhern asked directly if it was true that "Strictly really [did] try to get you back"?

"No," a surprised Dixon answered, before admitting: "I didn't even hear that."

Looks like it's back to the drawing board for Darcey Bussell's possible replacement! Last week, former Strictly contestant Simon Webbe joined the growing chorus of those suggesting current dance pro Anton du Beke for the job.

Head judge Shirley Ballas also recently spoke out to deny that she'd been working behind the scenes to get her Dancing with the Stars pro son Mark Ballas the job.

As for Alesha Dixon, she did have some big news earlier this week when she announced live on Britain's Got Talent that she's expecting her second child with husband Azuka Ononye.

Britain's Got Talent live week continues tomorrow (Wednesday May 29) from 7.30pm, followed by the live results show at 9.30pm on ITV.
