Netflix released the official trailer for “Beef,” an upcoming dark comedy starring Ali Wong and Steven Yeun, on Wednesday.

According to Netflix's synopsis for the 10-episode A24 series, which was created by Lee Sung Jin for the streaming platform, “Beef follows the aftermath of a road rage incident between two strangers. Danny Cho (Yeun), a failing contractor with a chip on his shoulder, goes head-to-head with Amy Lau (Wong), a self-made entrepreneur with a picturesque life."

“Beef,” which was first announced in March 2021, is directed by Lee, Jake Schreier and Japanese filmmaker Hikari. Lee, Wong, Yeun and Schreier executive produce, while Matthew Medlin serves as producer.

In addition to Wong and Yeun, the series’ main cast includes David Choe, Young Mazino, Joseph Lee and Patti Yasutake. Meanwhile, “Emily in Paris” star Ashley Park, “Umbrella Academy” star Justin H. Min, Maria Bello, Andrew Santino, Remy Holt, Mia Serafino and Rekstizzy have recurring roles.
