Alliance Ventures purchases four city properties for $375,000

Four properties in Alliance recently were sold together for $375,000, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.

Alliance Ventures Inc., a prominent Carnation City property manager and developer, purchased the plots on West State Street and Hartshorn Street from Alliance Funeral Service LLC.

This week’s real estate transfers list covers July 29 to Aug. 4.
