Quote: "On 24 February, 1,670,000 people were permanent residents of the Ukrainian-controlled territory of the Donetsk region. Now about 340,000 people remain."

Details: Kyrylenko reminded us that 252 people were evacuated from the Bakhmut and Pokrovsky districts over the past day, most of them from the Bakhmut district.

"We are working on making evacuation more effective in the future," said the head of the military administration.

He added that the route, equipment, and everything necessary for evacuation has been arranged, and everything is working, but we need to ensure there will be no problems with arranging² for the temporary places for the evacuated residents of Donetsk to stay.
